With almost 30 years' advocacy experience before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (Migration and Refugee Division) and its predecessor bodies (Immigration Review Tribunal and Migration Review Tribunal), Harry is very experienced in complex migration matters such as character refusals and cancellations, detentions, health waivers and ministerial submissions. He had successfully assisted a migration agent who received complaint letters issued by the Office of the MARA and has also acted for a number of RMAs in various other ethnic communities. Harry has also presented at numerous workshops and seminars run by the Law Institute of Victoria, and the Refugee and Immigration Legal Centre (now Refugee Legal). He is also a former chairperson of the Migration Committee, Law Institute of Victoria.
